Parent A Purpose Attempts to Thwart the Parent-Child Relationship
The Tennessee Court of Appeals in approving the Tennessee trial court Order for a 4-day rotating schedule said the following about Parent A's behavior toward the Parent-Child relationship,
“This record contains abundant evidence that [Parent A] has refused to adhere to the plain requirements of the parenting plan and that [the parent] has purposely and deliberately embarked on a course which, if not stopped, would eventually erode the relationship between [Parent B] and [Child].”
