Father met with Cindy Schuessler and advised her of on going legal proceedings in Tennessee. He paid her fee and understood she would be his attorney if, or when, Alabama legal proceedings were required. However, in 2006 when legal action commenced in Alabama, Cindy S. Schuessler was representing the former wife.

In November 2002 when legal proceedings were on going in Tennessee it was recommended the Father retain an Alabama attorney.

At that time, Father met with Cindy Schuessler.

In August 2003 Father sent Cindy Schuessler a letter explaining the Tennessee trial court retained jurisdiction and had ordered equal-physical custody.

In December 2004 the Father sent Cindy Schuessler another letter explaining the Tennessee Court of Appeals opinion.
